At MACMAN Pro, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty for our MANCAN Processor, MANCAN Tool, and DVM, starting from the date of receipt of the product.
Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if any defects are found in the product, our team will conduct a thorough technical inspection, establish the cause of the defect, repair the product, and send it back to you as soon as possible. Warranty Exclusions: Please note that the warranty will not be valid in the following circumstances:
- Non-compliance with the conditions for transport, storage and operation
- Damage caused by the user, whether intentional or unintentional, including mechanical, chemical or other damage; presence of foreign objects or liquids in the product; or damage resulting from natural disasters
- Attempts to repair the product by unauthorized personnel
- Using the product for purposes other than its intended purpose
Checking Warranty Status: To check the warranty status of your MANCAN Processor, MANCAN Tool or DVM, please refer to the date of receipt specified in the purchase documents. Your warranty is valid for 2 years from this date.

Important notes:
- If the user causes damage to the product, he is responsible for the cost of repair and the corresponding shipping charges in both directions.
