Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if any defects are found in the product, our team will conduct a thorough technical inspection, establish the cause of the defect, repair the product, and send it back to you as soon as possible. Warranty Exclusions: Please note that the warranty will not be valid in the following circumstances:

• Non-compliance with the conditions for transport, storage and operation
• Damage caused by the user, whether intentional or unintentional, including mechanical, chemical or other damage; presence of foreign objects or liquids in the product; or damage resulting from natural disasters
• Attempts to repair the product by unauthorized personnel
• Using the product for purposes other than its intended purpose

Checking Warranty Status: To check the warranty status of your MANCAN Processor, MANCAN Tool or DVM, please refer to the date of receipt specified in the purchase documents. Your warranty is valid for 2 years from this date.
