What is MANCAN Tool?

MANCAN Tool is a device that guarantees adding of new extras to your favorite car, with a a simple installation.

Who manufactures MANCAN Tool?

The module was hardware and software developed, by MACMAN PRO LTD., located in Bulgaria (Europe). The hull is manufactured by MINITOOLS, located in Italy.

What does the MANCAN Tool look like?

The device is a black plastic box with a female OBD2 jack, consisting of 16 metal pins. The box is branded with a heat resistant PVC sticker. 

What's under the hull of the MANCAN Tool?

Under the hull you will find 4 small boards:

• Main controller - reprogrammable ATmega328P
• CAN BUS module: MCP2515
• Bluetooth controller
• Assembly board MANCAN Tool

How does the device work?

The module communicates with the BODY CAN BUS line, , which cannot harm your vehicle.

The device automates the available only sensors and buttons, adding commands pre-written by our team.

Example: If you car have electric mirrors folding, the mirrors can fold automatically once you lock your car. This is possible under certain circumstances.

• Requirements: 
  • The car must be after 2001.
  • The vehicle must have a CAN BUS line opened on the diagnostic socket.
  • Buttons and sensors must pass through the CAN line.
• Installation:
  • Easy PLUG&PLAY installation. Insert the device into the car OBD2 socket (the socket can be found at the fuse panel, bottom left of the steering wheel)
  • Download the relevant app, on your cell phone, from our website
  • Open the app, scan the QR code, located on the code card, received together with your Mancan tool
  • Enter the PIN code ( it is on the same code card), when the app asks you
  • Wait until the pairing is completed

  The device reprogramming, when there are special customer requirements for additional extras, must be done on site by our colleague, against additional fee.

  Ready-made programs can be downloaded from our website. They can be installed by anyone with access to a computer.

• Electricity consumption: 12V 0.03А
  Example: The car consumes the same electricity at rest. The total consumption measuring for Lancia Thesis does not exceed 0.08A
• Custom supplements:
  • Relays - relays can be added to the device, if the car does not have a function in the computer to turn on certain components, then a module with relays can be added.
  • Sensors - if a sensor is missing, it can be externally added.
    Example: To open your trunk with а foot, to have a parktronic that can be displayed on the standard display, etc.

• Important notes:
  • This is not a diagnostic device and cannot be used as such!
  • The device cannot damage your car unless there is an interference from your side.
  • The module automates only the existing car extras.
  • If you unplug the device, the features will not going to work.
  • The device doesn`t collect any car data.
  • The Android applications don`t collect any car data.
